We’ve got two so you’re spoiled for choice! They get together without a hint of rivalry on Tuesday and Thursday mornings same time, same place. And don’t worry if you’re a novice with the needles, it’s as much about the chat as it is about the crochet. Chair yoga is a gentle and supportive style of movement. It enables us to maintain mobility and build flexibility while providing benefits for both mental and emotional health. Each session includes seated yoga movements and breathing exercises along with time for relaxation so you will leave feeling both refreshed and rested! Offered as part of Bealtaine and Age Friendly Libraries.
